There was something special about midnight yell tonight. Obviously because it was for the t.u. game but it held even more weight not knowing the future of this rivalry. The 12th man showed up in full force and the A&M football team made its presence known. I was able to capture a few shots I really liked so I thought I would share them with yall. Also I edited some footage I took from the midnight yell and put it up on this post as well. RC Slocum spoke tonight, as well as Student Body President Jeff Pickering and Head Coach Mike Sherman. Hearing RC speak at Yell was inspiring to say the least.

I have seen a lot of A&M these last couple of years, as the photo editor for the Aggieland Yearbook, but being there as RC spoke and seeing how Aggies were responding gave me such an excitement about the future of Texas A&M. After Midnight Yell I went on home and watched the “The Burning Desire”, which Aggies if you havent seen it yet GO! now and purchase it. After re-watching that film about the bonfire and the rivalry we have with texas and being apart of this historic midnight yell, I couldn’t help but exclaim again that I am privileged to go the best university in the world, Texas A&M.
